Jessica Tischaefer is a Wisconsin-based audio/video producer and musician.
She graduated from high school in 2018, attending Kettle Moraine School for Arts and Performance. While in high school, Jessie completed a portfolio project using cutting-edge virtual reality technology to create a music video for her original song "People Change."
In 2023, Tischaefer graduated from The Honors College at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science in Radio/TV/Film and Psychology and a minor in Music Industry. In fulfillment of her Honors Thesis, she created a documentary film exploring the cognitive and therapeutic benefits of engaging with music throughout a lifetime. The film went on to become a finalist at the Raw Science Film Festival in Los Angeles and receive honorable mention at the Sound and Vision International Film & Technology Festival. In addition to this project, Tischaefer worked on a variety of different productions throughout her time at UW Oshkosh. She filled the role of producer, writer, and technical director on the original Titan TV comedy satire series News You Need. She also created and directed "UWO in 30: Beat Breakdown," a music news special that went on to win 2nd place in the category of Public Affairs/Talk Shows (TV) at the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association' Student Awards for Excellence.
Over the past two years, Jessie has been working as an assistant store manager and social media manager at Eroding Winds Record Shop in Oshkosh and Appleton, WI where she developed skills in digital marketing and media production. Throughout this time, she has done freelance video editing work for De La Teja Studios and the YouTube channel Oshkosh Rocks.
Jessie has relocated to the Oconomowoc area and is looking to take the next steps in her audio and video production career.
